"My old insurance broker disappeared without a trace and I got a letter saying my homeowner policy wasn’t renewing. Like, what? So I called up State Farm. Andrea Hernandez (working for Josh Wild) set me up with new car and home policies that were even better and more affordable than my old ones! I had lots of choices and she explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. She was friendly, efficient, professional, and a very good communicator. "Josh Wild & State Farm — Wow. I almost admire the efficiency with which you managed to compost twelve years of loyalty into a pile of bureaucratic garbage. Almost. Instead, I’m left with the unmistakable impression that your branch treats paying customers like something that crawled under a shoe and got scraped off. Twelve years. Twelve years of premiums paid, questions answered (by us — because you clearly don’t answer calls), and faith that “good neighbor” meant more than a marketing font on your website. Your reward? A billing system with the organizational rigor of a tossed salad, customer service that disappears whenever responsibility shows up, and a casual cancellation that screamed, “We don’t care.” Let’s be blunt: your billing process is broken, your staff is either trained to ignore problems or actively allergic to competence, and your so-called customer service is nothing but a holding pattern of lies and excuses. When you make a mistake — which you do regularly — you don’t fix it. You bury it. When we called, we got scripted nonsense. When we asked for help, we got silence. And when we deserved courtesy and communication after a decade of being good customers, you gave us a cancellation notice like we were garbage on the curb. Do you know what’s truly impressive? Not your service — your ability to make twelve years of loyalty look absolutely worthless. It takes real talent to be this indifferent and still call yourselves an insurance company."

"RECORD ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS!!! I called several months back and made changes to my account. I had witnesses around me that heard my conversation with the agent and they said that the changes are going to be effective immediately. (Lower deductible for a slightly higher monthly bill) 4 months later (I assumed it was good because my bill had been higher) I needed to file a claim. Took it to the repair shop and after it was done was told I owe money. No I shouldn't. I called for 2 hours. No one was willing to help. They refused to look and notes and denied having recorded phone calls. RECORD YOUR CALLS! I went in to talk to them in person and they wouldn't open the door. I have a videos I'm going to be posting on social media of their unprofessional behaviors. I waited for them to open the door and they had the nerve to call the police on me when I was there to discuss business and ADD a VEHICLE to my policy! What trashy establishment acts like that towards a client?! It's all recorded and on video. DONT TRUST THEM. RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS."
