"This is the office for you, if you want to spend 30 years paying an insurance company and then have your insurance cancelled because of hurricane damage and actually using your insurance. This office is all about the bottom dollar. They are so polite when they take your money, but god forbid they have to pay out. They make it very clear that they have zero concern for the customer. If you want a good insurance company and agent to stand by you, then, this is not the company or agent for you! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH!!!!"

We bought two brand new vehicles about three months before a hail storm completely battered them. We were pretty distraught, but Rianna was such a pleasure to work with. She got us in touch with a body shop (Freeman's - which I also give 5 stars!) and both vehicles were restored to beyond what I thought was possible.
